Our Design Process
Step One: On-Site Consultation
Our design process begins with your initial inquiry, whereafter we will respond via email to schedule an on-site consultation with you.
This time is all about you - with the ultimate goal of getting to know one another and understanding your vision. Dream big. Get excited. Review our helpful consultation guide and get all of your questions and materials together.
During your one-on-one landscape design consult, we’ll talk through your immediate and long-term goals, lifestyle, timeline, and budget, along with peppering in a little inspiration and ideas of our own.

Step Two: Proposal Design
Now we will start to put pencil to paper on your big, beautiful ideas including visual imagery examples, design ideas, hardscape materials, irrigation options, and proposed decor accessories, so you can see just how that sparkle in your eye will look in pots and planters.
As we hone in on your proposal design, we’ll also outline brass-tack details on project stages, timeline estimates, payment schedules, access requirements and your recommended budget. When requested, we are happy to organize your proposal into individual project phases.
Step Three: Sourcing, Procurement & Installation
Once we have the green light on your proposal and make your first project payment, it’s time for us to roll up our sleeves, solidify your design, begin your material orders and (literally) move some dirt.
As a full-service design company, we can manage implementation and installation down to the last (custom-built or procured) planter.
This phase often entails reviewing and accepting planting plans and layout proposals, placing orders, sourcing custom items and furnishings, receiving deliveries, and tying up all the loose ends to bring your design to life.
Step Four: Final Touches & Aftercare
Now that the groundwork is laid with your plants and hardscapes, it’s time for those delightful final touches and finishings so you can kickback, relax and enjoy your new outdoor space.
