What we’re Looking For
We don’t look for how many years of experience you have, we look for a particular personality and skill set. Tell us about your level of gardening or landscaping experience. If a particular method of gardening or garden style interests you, tell us about it. Have you ever worked outside or in the dirt before? A lot of the work we do requires a high amount of heat and dirt tolerance — let us know what you think about your tolerance for either of them.
The most important thing for working here is to have a passion for helping people. Even better, have a passion for helping people love nature and gardening as much as you do! We believe that one of the most important things we do in our company is to create meaningful joy-filled interactions with both our clients, prospects, and generally anyone else we interact with.
