RETURN POLICY
Return Policy for The Grass Girl LLC:
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns of digital download products, including e-books, proposals, design maps, guides, and estimates. We do not accept returns of perishable items, such as plants or seeds. We do not accept returns for any design, installation, or maintenance service and any other service requiring labor.
Fraudulent Returns: We take fraudulent returns seriously and will take legal action against customers who engage in fraudulent behavior. If we suspect that a return is fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse the return and to take legal action to recover any losses incurred.
Chargeback Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction and our return policy. If legal action is required to recover any losses incurred due to a chargeback, the customer agrees to pay for all legal fees incurred by The Grass Girl LLC.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition, or if the return does not meet our return policy requirements.
